Reporting
Unless otherwise instructed, we guarantee first/initial reports within 24 hours of the date of our assignment, full formal reports within 10 days of assignment, and subsequent reports every 30 days, or as developments occur.
CONTACT
Equity Claims will make contact with all insureds and claimants on the date of the assignment, and unless otherwise directed, we will make immediate personal contact with all injured claimants.
